We want you to love your style, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for all unworn merchandise with original tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account or visit our order tracking page to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place your unworn items with original tags into the original packaging or a sturdy shipping box and include your packing slip.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post or courier location as specified on your return documentation.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7–10 business days.
